Shipping Policy

At this stage, we are only able to sell and ship items within Australia.

Customers in the Yamba Region are able to choose to pick up their purchase. Once customers choose this option, they will be contacted to organise an agreed time and place for the delivery.

We currently use Australia Post click and send for all postage from 500g up to 15kg. This postage method is trackable without the additional charges of registered post. All purchases will be shipped within two weeks of the order being placed. This is dependant on ordered items being in stock, obviously if they have to be custom made the order will take longer. Customers will receive email confirmation when their item has been shipped.

Returns Policy

Snow Pea Nappies may accept returned items, provided they are still in their original condition (ie unused and unwashed) for up to 30 days after the shipping date.

Where a customer has changed their mind regarding a purchase, shipping costs will be paid by the customer. If you wish to return a product, just send an email to: snowpeanappies@hotmail.com

Please be aware that we cannot offer refunds for products that are returned due to improper care or natural wear and tear.

If an item you have purchased from Snow Pea Nappies is faulty, please email us at: snowpeanappies@hotmail.com and provide a description of the fault, the invoice number from the purchase receipt and the date of purchase. We provide a 30 day quality guarantee on all our homemade products.

If a homemade product proves to be faulty within 30 days of the shipping date, we will cover the cost of return postage. If at all possible a faulty item will be mended rather than replaced as most often small faults can be fixed easily with no impact on the look or use of the product. If a fault can not be repaired the item will be replaced with a similar item if an identical item is not available. This will be decided upon on a case by case basis through negotiation with the customer. In these cases Snow Pea Nappies will cover the cost of return shipping charges.

Do not return an item without first contacting us.

Our number one priority is customer satisfaction and will therefore try to do all we can, within reason, to resolve any issue that may arise in regards to product quality and workmanship.
